Estate Plans, what are they and who needs them?

Estate Plans, Trusts, and Wills may seem like something only East-Coast Elites have in movies and TV, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. In actuality, anyone can put their estate into a trust and gain all the same protections that multi-millionaires have, for a tiny fraction of the cost.

I have invested in technology to create estate plans for my clients, and the results have been incredible so far. Just seeing the relief on people’s faces when we get it all on paper and them realizing that when the time comes that no one wants to think about, they will be protected and set up and their family will not have to worry about anything. Putting your estate in a trust will help eliminate going to court for probate when you pass, and having your specific distributions listed out can alleviate the headache of your loved ones going through your belongings and trying to split them up themselves.

There is a lot more to trusts and estate planning of course, but these are just a few reasons this area of law is important to me. If you have any questions or would like to learn how an estate plan could help you and your family, reach out, we can set up a free consult, either over the phone, on Zoom, or in my office, and I would love to help.
